You can use the textures as overlays within your favourite editing/design/painting sofware, as assets by importing the .afassets file in Affinity Designer/Affinity Photo and as procreate brushes by importing the .brushset file in Procreate.

Feel free to use all of them for both your personal and commercial work, but please do not resell the originals either as single images, as packages , as assets files or as procreate single brushes or sets of brushes.
